MVP: Luka Doncic
Starting off with a boring prediction, but it’s what I think. Luka is coming off of his 2nd straight 1st team All NBA appearance and he’s the best player in the league who hasn’t won an MVP yet. With the addition of Jason Kidd and a big improvement from Kristaps Porzingis, I expect Luka to have his best year yet, en route to his first MVP trophy.
DPOY: Giannis Antetokounmpo
Giannis has to be the most confident athlete in the planet, already a 2 time MVP winner and now coming off of a finals and finals mvp season, i expect him to add even more hardware to his already loaded resume.
6MOY: Jalen Brunson
Last year, Brunson quietly finished 3rd in 6th man of the year voting. This year under new head coach Jason Kidd, I expect an improvement in production that allows him to join teammate Luka Doncic in the 2021 award winners
COTY: Chauncey Billups
With MVP candidate Damian Lillard and a strong supporting roster at his disposal in a surprisingly open western conference, former finals MVP and first year coach Chauncey Billups is primed to win coach of the year. I believe he has the philosophy to unlock the true potential of this Blazers team and will lead them to a top 3 seed, earning him coach of the year.
