The Knicks walk into MSG tonight clenching onto a nine game win streak, one they hope to turn into ten against the Phoenix Suns, one of their toughest contests since the win streak began. The Knicks are 34-27 and hold the fourth seed in the East. The Suns are terrifying, being 42-18 and have the second best record in the league and second seed in the West. As of writing, the Knicks have three players on the injury report. The players include Mitchell Robinson who has been out with a fractured right foot for weeks, Alec Burks who is out with COVID-19, and Myles Powell is listed as day-to-day. The Suns have three players on their injury report, being Abdel Nader who hasn’t played in a game since 4/21, as well as Jae Crowder and Langston Galloway listed as day-to-day. Our three keys are stop CP3 and Devin Booker, Julius Randle needs another big game, and RJ needs to play well.

Chris Paul and Devin Booker have been dominating as a duo as of late. Together they average 41 points per game, thirteen assists per game, and have been killing teams as an unstoppable force. If our defense is able to force turnovers and contest shots and give them a tough night, the chances of us winning go up. Julius Randle has been on a tear, and it can’t stop here. If Julius Randle drops another thirty point performance, we could get the upset win. Last but not least, RJ Barrett. RJ has had a couple of so-so games and tonight is not a night for a half decent game. If RJ can combine with Julius Randle to have fifty points, it should be an easy win. I don’t know what to expect, but if it’s a win, I’m going to flip out. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM EST tonight in MSG, hope you enjoyed reading, Shaney out.
