We are just HOURS away from the launch of the 2021 MLB Regular Season. Our Yankees are expected to be the top dog of the AL and WS contenders. As we know in previous years it’s been close but no cigar. We’ve been eliminated by the Houston Astericks in 2017, then the Red Sox in 2018, The Astericks again in 2019 and most recently the Tampa Bay Rays in 2020. However, it’s a new season and new chapter in the Yankees History. The Yankees have made great additions this offseason stemming from Jameson Taillon, Corey Kluber, Darren O’Day, Jay Bruce and etc. Now it’s time to win, we’ve got our ace and our face of the franchise. The Yankees have set the 25-Man roster and here is how it looks (excluding 1B Luke Voit and LHP Zack Britton because they are injured):

Game Preview:
This should be a good matchup but a very winnable one for the Bronx Bombers. Yankee Ace Gerrit Cole will face Blue Jay Ace Hyun Jin-Ryu in the season debut. The Jays will be missing newly acquired OF George Springer and Robbie Ray due to injury. Yanks will mis Voit and Britton but everyone else should be ready to go. Here is the Yankee Starting Lineup:
