New York Knicks blowout Washington Wizards, but at what cost

109-91 the Final Score. The Julius Randle led New York Knicks went into our Nation’s Capital on Friday night and took care of business. At no point in the game were the Knicks on the ropes, from the opening tip the Knickerbockers put their foot on the gas and never let up. From an amazing first half from Mitchell Robinson to an even better overall game from Julius Randle, The New York Knicks were just simply unstoppable.

Despite the clean win, it is not all sunshine and rainbows, with news breaking from Adrian Wojnarowski that defensive stud and anchor of the defense Mitchell Robinson had suffered a fractured right hand. A fractured right hand usually takes upwards of 6 weeks to heal and with the caliber of Centers, the Knicks will play against during this period, his defense and overall stableness will be missed greatly.

Man of the Match: Julius Randle

Next game: February 13
