Yes, it is indeed that time of year. When teams hop on the tank and teams turn into contenders. As you may know, the New York Jets have the record of 0-11 and attain the first overall pick. They are in a heated tank war with Jacksonville, because if NY wins one game the Jaguars will attain the pick due to “Strength of Schedule”. There are also some shocking “tank” teams this year, like the Cowboys have a top 5 pick and Philly is right there with them at #6. It has been an odd year so far and it just gets even worse.
