Welcome back to Play Em’ Or Bench Em’, Week 7 Edition! In this series, I’ll show my top five favorite players and my least favorite five players I’d play this weekend on fantasy football. Many may ask what my qualifications are? So, here it is: I am a 2x time ESPN Fantasy Football Champion. Back2Back Champion if we are being specific. I won in the only two years I played, so let’s get this started.

Play Em’ QB:

1. Justin Herbert (LAC vs. JAX): I’m going to get hate for this but it’s true. Herbert has been balling lately and is going against a broken JAX defense. It should be an easy decision if you have the opportunity to start the rookie.
2. Matthew Stafford (DET vs. ATL)
3. Josh Allen (BUF vs. NYJ)
4. Aaron Rodgers (GB vs. HOU)
5. Tom Brady (TB vs. LV)

Play Em’ RB:

1. Ezekiel Elliot (DAL vs. WFT): This is an obvious decision, not only because who it is but also who he’s facing. Zeke is going against an injury battered Washington defense, expect a big day.
2. J.D. McKissic (WFT vs. DAL)
3. Todd Gurley (ATL vs. DET)
4. D’Andre Swift (DET vs. ATL)
5. Kareem Hunt (CLE vs. CIN)

Play Em’ WR:

1. Odell Beckham (CLE vs. CIN): If he’s getting a good ball thrown to him it’s going to be a multi-yard gain. He’s going against a sorry Bengal’s defense, expect a big game.
2. Julio Jones (ATL vs. DET)
3. Keenan Allen (LAC vs. JAX)
4. CeeDee Lamb (DAL vs. WFT)
5. Terry McLaurin (WFT vs. DAL)
6. Scotty Miller (TB vs. LV)

Play Em’ TE:

1. Hunter Henry (LAC vs. JAX): I have a feeling that Herbert will feed Henry. He also has a favorable matchup versus JAX.
2. Darren Waller (LV vs. TB)
3. Travis Kelce (KC vs. DEN)
4. TJ Hockenson (DET vs. ATL)
5. Chris Herndon (NYJ vs. BUF)

Play Em’ D/ST:

1. KC D/ST (vs. DEN)
2. BUF D/ST (vs. NYJ)
3. DET D/ST (vs. JAX)
4. NO D/ST (vs. CAR)
5. WSH D/ST (vs. DAL)

Bench Em’ QB

1. Jared Goff (LAR vs. CHI): It’s not his talent, but it’s who he’s going against. Goff is a good QB, but not good enough to get through this dominant Bears defense. Sit him.
2. Jimmy Garrapolo (SF vs. NE)
3. Cam Newton (NE vs. SF)
4. Andy Dalton (DAL vs. WFT)
5. Derek Carr (LV vs. TB)

Bench Em’ RB

1. Darrell Henderson (LAR vs. CHI): Henderson is back on the list. Same scenario as last time. He’s playing a great run defense and he’s that good of a RB so, sit him!
2. James White (NE vs. DEN)
3. Zack Moss (BUF vs. NYJ)
4. Clyde Edwards-Helaire (KC vs. DEN)

Bench Em’ WR

1. Anthony Miller (CHI vs. LAR): If you’re facing Jalen Ramsey, I’m going to sit you. Especially if your name isn’t Julio Jones, Hopkins, DeVante, or Michael Thomas. However, your name is Anthony Miller so therefore you shall be sat this weekend.
2. DJ Moore (CAR vs. NO)
3. Amari Cooper (DAL vs. WFT)
4. Jarvis Landry (CLE vs. CIN)
5. DJ Chark Jr. (JAX vs. DET)

Bench Em’ TE

1. Tyler Higbee (LAR vs. CHI): Higbee will face against Eddie Jackson. Higbee is a decent TE but isn’t winning a matchup against Eddie Jackson or Roquan Smith. I wouldn’t play him because it’s hard for me to see him burn those guys. I’d bench him.
2. Dalton Schultz (DAL vs. WFT)
3. Jimmy Graham (CHI vs. LAR)
4. Cameron Brate (TB vs. LV)
5. Jonnu Smith (TEN vs. PIT)

Bench Em’ D/ST

1. CIN D/ST (vs. CLE)
