Yankee fans…. guess who’s back!!! The BRONX BOMBERS ARE BACK! These guys are just insanely good! 10+ runs in each of their last three games! My lord, what an insanely great run at history. When the Yankees are healthy, they are unbeatable. We have now gained a 2.5 game lead from the Blue Jays and are only 3.5 games back from the Rays. However, let’s dig into the whooping we gave the Blue Jays:

Game One: Garcia vs. Walker

Garcia pitched a good game and made it a lengthy one too. He gave the Yanks: 7 IP, 3 ER, 6 Ks, and 2 BB. Meanwhile, the offense ROLLED THE JAYS! With 20 runs scored! Stanton also returned and didn’t have a pretty game but wait till Game 3. This team is good. If it weren’t for injuries, we’d be in first place. Voit took the lead for most HRs in baseball and has cemented his case for MVP.

Game Two: Cole vs. Roark

As a $324M ace should be doing, Cole was lights out! He didn’t give up a HR! He gave: 7 IP, 1 ER, 8 Ks, 2 BB. It was also the JUDGE’S RETURN! He didn’t have a pretty night, but it’s good to have him back! The offense rolled with 13 runs. Bronx Bombers, take this one!

Game Three: Tanaka vs. Merryweather

Yet, again another reliable pitching performance! This time it’s by Tanaka. He gave a stable 7 IP, 3 ER, 5 Ks, and 0 BB. As usual, the offense rolled, and Stanton, in just his second game back, had two singles, a double and a homer! The Bronx Bombers are back after sweeping the O’s and the Blue Jays.
