Going into the 2020 NFL Draft Xavier Mckinney was the consensus #1 safety on almost everyone’s board, so it was a miracle the New York Giants were able to snag him at #36 overall. During Mckinney’s 3-year tenure at Alabama Mckinney flashed his versatility playing 200 or more snaps at 3 different positions those positions being Linebacker, Slot Corner, and Free Safety. The New York Giants have had a major hole at the Free Safety position since the departure of Antrel Rolle in 2014 so rightly so Giant fans have had extremely high and unrealistic expectations for him in 2020. So I am here to tell you my expectations for Mckinney in 2020.
