Coming into the year Cole Anthony was the 1 Point Guard in the country and the number 2 ranked player in the country. However, due to a lack of success at the University of North Carolina, he has fallen down many draft boards. Despite leading North Carolina to a losing record Anthony flashed his potential Averaging 18.5 PPG, 5.7 REB, and 4.0 AST.
NBA Comparison: Kemba Walker
An extremely explosive athlete with great body control. Walker and Anthony both possess elite vision that allows them to make incredible passes on the break.
Deni Avdija:
With the recent success of Luka Doncic, Deni Avdija is next up on the European prospects list. Avdija has been playing professionally since the age of 16 gaining much-needed experience. Avdija put up stellar stats in the IBPL averaging 12.3 PTS, 5.9 REB, and 2.4 AST. Although Luka Doncic has had success from the get-go do not expect Deni Avdija to replicate the same all start impact, Avdija will need some time to get acclimated to the NBA.
NBA Comparison: Gordon Hayward
A smart player that is willing to put the team ahead of himself. Both Avdija and Hayward posses incredible timing on the defensive side of the ball. However, Deni and Gordon both lack elite quickness and very dependent on their dominant right hand.
